We often receive emails notifying us of awards we've supposedly won, without having applied, and with little transparency about the judging criteria or the awarding company. These often come with a fee to claim the award. However, the Best Management Practices Company Awards organized by CPM Sri Lanka stand out for their professionalism and transparency.

The criteria and process were clear, and we had to follow the guidelines to apply. The effort required, a 2000-word submission, is minimal compared to other awards we've applied for many national level awards, which can take months of work. The return on effort (ROE) for the CPM award is high, offering significant recognition through Category Awards, Excellence Awards, and Best Ten Awards in addition to the Overall Gold Award Winning Title. This award is certainly worth the effort.
